- Develop Ecommerce Channel marketing strategies and quarterly demand generation campaigns to achieve business/marketing objectives. - Build continuous awareness, discoverability of all brands and expand consumption occasions through brand co-op activities and events. - Work closely with Ecommerce KAM and KAE to close JBPs and Co-op plans with partners. - Work closely with the internal cross-function teams, external state holders and lead multiple external agencies for business objective, campaign development and program execution excellence. - Monitor related market/competitor/consumer/shopper trend analysis to help brand manager to develop brand strategies and campaigns. - Weekly and Monthly analysis of offtake details and working closely with the Brand team to help them understand the trends. - Routine management including A&CP spending MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Degree: Masters Degree from a tier-1 B-school - Years of experience: At least 3 years relevant ecommerce experience, preferably in FMCG/Ecommerce industry, with brand management background would be a plus. - Experience of leading multiple agencies at the same time to achieve one goal. - Solid project management experience and ability to handle multitask with high sense of urgency to achieve each project timeline accurately. - Ability to work with tight schedule and used to high working pace and high pressure with high flexibility. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal functions and external parties. - Positive thinking with strong growth mindset, action attitude and open-minded for the team work. - Fluent in written and spoken English.
