Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager - FMCG/FMCD

Responsibilities :

- Brand managers are concerned with creating a lasting impression among consumers and improving product sales and market share.

- Responsible for adapting the brand strategy for a company's target market. As the 'brand guardian', brand managers maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and may manage a portfolio of products

Key Deliverables  :

- Create/support Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term

- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media

- Working closely with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities

- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding

- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items

- Competitor and customer insights analysis

- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales

The Person for the role :

- Graduate/PG in Business Mgmt, Advertising and Marketing with about 5 to 10 years of demonstrable marketing experience in a FMCG company.

- Experience managing brand mgmt function from a corporate office set up may be a plus.

- Analytical skills and attention to detail.

- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers' wishes.

- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.

- Team working skills.

- The ability to manage and allocate budgets.

- Written and verbal communication skills.
