Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager
JD :
- Develop a brand platform, portfolio, positioning, marcom, packaging, pricing, agency management, media etc directly impacting sales
- Build brand equity; deliver on the brand promise & reinforce brand positioning through innovation & product road map
- New product development with R&D & manufacturing to make offering NextGen; build portfolio & increase SKUs at the targeted price points & margins
- Deploy media plans, budgets & forecast, understand brand strengths & weaknesses & take corrective action
- Gain market share through deep business acumen by strengthening product offering
- Closely monitor margins, ROI, sub-categories, Brand Equity Metrics, Market Intelligence
- Leader with personality, good interpersonal skills with right attitude, initiative to drive business
MBA, 7-10 years experience, 31-35 years of age, lady or gentleman, Rs. 10-15 lakhs per annum
