Position Title: Assistant/Associate Manager-Finance

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Education - CA minimum

Purpose

- The general purpose of this position is to ensure timely and accurate accounts consolidation, strengthening internal controls and support in direct tax matters.

Reports to: Finance Controller

Direct Reports: Individual Contributor

- Excellent business acumen, with strong knowledge of legislative and compliance requirements, Sarbanes Oxley processes and US GAAP and IGAAP reporting.

- High level of technical & analytical skills and effective utilisation of the most up-to-date and current finance practices and processes

- Strategic capability with the ability to influence decisions and directions.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.

- Strong process mindset and skills to drive continuous improvement as well as Project Management skills
