GDS CBS Talent Attraction and Acquisition Assistant Director

Your key responsibilities :

- Candidate Management. Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments - communication skills, technical, and behavioral interviews across all open roles. Build and present diverse & strong candidates to hiring managers. Arrange interviews accordingly and updates candidates regarding the status of their application. Finalize arrangements between stakeholders and candidates including job offer until onboarding

- Stakeholder Management. Build strong relationship with offshore and local leaders, global recruitment counterparts, and other cross-functional key stakeholders to communicate highly impacting recruitment updates and strategies

- Reporting. Prepare recruitment reports for key stakeholders including but not limited to Hiring Managers, Function Leaders, Country Recruitment Lead, and Talent Consultants

- Sourcing. Manage all sourcing channels and drive sourcing strategies across Service Lines

- People Management. Lead a team of high-performing recruitment coordinators

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Ideally, you must have 10 years of recruiting experience with strong experience in planning and project management skills with a track record in relationship management.

- Exposure to professional services firm is also an advantage though the lack of it is not a deal breaker for a great candidate.
