Assistance/Facility Manager - Construction

We currently have Openings for Assistance Manager/Facility Manager for Bahrain Location.

Salary: BD 600-1000 (Basic) + HRA + other benefits as per Labor Law.

Facility Management:

1) Visit all existing site/properties on regular schedule and ensuring that all are in good condition. Attending to all preventive maintenance of the asset including (M&E)

2) Maintenance Coordination

Taking charge of help desk, Receiving complaints /Job request form the tenants/users and arranging maintenance team to attend complaints. Trouble shoot all the problems and advise the maintenance team, monitor all complaints/job requests including M&E from start to end, coordinate with external agencies.

3) Refurbishment works:

Responsible for carrying out the refurbishment works in properties as and when required.

4) Procurement:

Obtaining quotations from various authorities, arranging approvals, awards of works, monitoring works, ensuring proper planning and timely completion with quality. Arranging quotations and obtaining approvals from the concerned authority for the material required for maintenance/refurbishment works.

5) Reporting

Reporting progress on regular basis/as required to your supervisors.
