Key responsibilities - Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle - Collaborate with sourcing partners and enable self sourcing techniques to ensure a robust candidate pipeline - Review resumes and screen candidates based on the requirements of the job profile - Handle the entire gamut of recruiting activity (screening, selection, interview and offer making) - Manage job posting across job boards - Proficient in conceptualizing job descriptions from the requirements provided by the teams - Ownership of ATS and other documentations in recruiting - Drive onboarding activities of new hires systemically - Facilitate offer process and perform reference checks as needed - Coordinate campus engagement and placement activities - Responsible for candidate experience and manage renege - Support employer branding - Vendor management Requirements - 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience with proven success of delivering results in a dynamic fast growing environment - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to juggle multiple demands - Good experience in sourcing across job boards and other creative channels - Good written and oral skills with the ability to communicate effectively on email and formal negotiations Qualification- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution
