Asset Manager - IT Infrastructure

Job Opening For Asset manager with Multinational company

Role Responsibilities :

- Building and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders towards the goal of maximizing the customer experience

- Engage with cross-functional teams to design and implement ITAM processes and policies supporting the lifecycle

- Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts

- Timely and accurate reconciliation of lifecycle data relating to program assets and the asset tracking system

- Reconciliation between various data repositories to ensure consistency of all data sources

- Investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity of the asset data

- Managing preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports related to asset management

- Tracking hardware assets throughout their lifecycle

- Develop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies

Requirements :

- Four years of experience in hardware asset management

- Experience with various database and spreadsheet tools - SQL, Access, etc. Strong Excel skills are required

- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations and conflict resolution

- Must be able to work independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issues

- Experience implementing and/or using Flexnet Manager Platform and or similar industry standard ITAM solutions

- Experience working on virtual teams

Preferences :

- IAITAM or ITIL certification

- Experience working in a managed services environment

- Working knowledge of service desk and field service operations
