Asset Management Role - Real Estate Private Equity Fund - CA

Our client is a leading global real estate oriented private equity fund with extensive investments in India. The portfolio comprises some of the country's leading properties in the office and retail sectors and is looking for asset management resources to help manage and oversee its fast-growing portfolio in India

- Regular review of sales and construction updates. This will involve working closely with the SPC and include:

a) Site visits

b) Analyzing MIS by obtaining relevant data from relevant finance teams

c) Tracking industry and market trends

- Ensuring that all compliance requirements under relevant regulations and statutes are being met, eg requirements under the Companies Act, tax law, audit requirements etc.

- Monitoring financial status and reports of investee vehicles

- Managing finance and accounting function for various SPCs

- Working on debt transactions for investee companies - preparing financial models, participating in discussions with bankers

- Compiling regular MIS dashboard, trackers, etc for fund's management team

- Overseeing NAV calculations

- Preparation of information packs and reports for the Board

- Managing/coordinating with service providers

Locations: Mumbai and Delhi NCR

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant

- 4-7 years of experience

- Good technical and analytical skills

- Experience in real estate through audit, consulting, asset management, financing etc
