Asset Management (Real Estate) - CA

Real Estate Advisory Services:

- Understanding of real estate business.

- Portfolio assessment and managing risk reviews internally and externally

- Co-ordinating external compliance, operations and working with external consultants

- Augmenting the fund manager in managing the portfolio reviews internally as well as externally

- Controls/overview on escrow/cash flow management

- Preparing valuation models for the Portfolio companies

- Co-ordinating and working with the JV companies

- Preparing Investor reporting

The candidate should be/have:

Qualifications: CA

- Strong work ethic and high integrity

- Strong communication skills both written and spoken

- Must be proficient in MS office

- 2-4 years of experience of working with big 4/tier 1 accounting firm working in real estate company / Private equity in the investment / asset management profile

- Ability to work with a small entrepreneurial team, flexibility, and adaptability

The company is a privately held investment advisor in India, with offices in Mumbai. It provides non-binding real estate investment advisory services to global institutional investors, club/commingled, discretionary funds with respect to opportunistic investments in India real estate.
