We are Looking the

Asset Management :

- Prepared quarterly credit risk summary reports and analysis files/models to monitor financials, change in property leases, loan modification, paydown and any other ad hoc borrower requests for 12 balance sheet loans on commercial properties

- Managed the end-to-end monthly construction draw funding for Amazon warehouse building onboarded on revolving credit line

- Worked on onboarding 2 assets on an acquisition line facility by preparing asset summary reports, underwriting model and documentations regarding rate cap agreement, closing statement etc.

- Conduit Commercial Loans Underwriter:

- Underwritten multiple loans on excel Rockport model for 7 types of US commercial properties and performed analysis on the lease abstracts, historical cash flows, submarket using data available on CoStar, REIS etc.

- Prepared 5+ Investment Banking Asset Summary Reports for the credit committee before the loan funding Asset Management team assist the team for seamless delivery of asset management activities/deliverables. expected to collaborate with both internal and external teams to drive monthly loan disbursement process for in-construction assets, CFO office requests, assist with annual audit queries et cetera and also be expected to develop and maintain market relationships, build/provide inputs on general business processes to streamline workflows
