Asset Disposal Lead - BFSI

JOB PURPOSE

To generate sale of repo assets thru various channel directly under YRM, ensure optimal realization for the assets sold and improve relations with vendors and associates. The loss is minimized and TAT for disposal is improved.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities

Major Activities

- Empanelling Buyers and building base of vendors for disposal

- Ensure new business partners are sourced for the functional needs

- Ensure build up of strong vendor base for disposal of assets

- Build an additional channel for selling of the repo stock apart from branch & online channel.

- Ensuring the active biddings from the buyers regularly and interact with OEM / Dealers

- Keep driving the bidders for active participation

- Sale related activities and direct interaction with all OEMS / Dealers

- Motivate and retain quality buyers for the increasing requirements

- Negotiate for an optimal realization and with minimal TAT

- Review quotes sent by branch, online offers and provide alternate quotes / options for selling.

- Focus and ensure selling off certain assets which have been slow movers and low marketability and buyers.

- Evaluate the realization on regular basis and keep the loss levels low in line with the market conditions

- Gather market information with relations to buyers as well as products.

- Target based sales nos., loss reduction & new buyers sourced

- TAT for asset disposal

- Reviewing the participation and sale contribution of each channel and analyse the channel performances

- Ensure all processes are reviewed at periodic intervals, channel performances are evaluated for improvements.

- Ensure periodic and timely reporting on the channel efficiency
