Responsibilities

- A highly entrepreneurial role, the key responsibility will be to manage P&L for multiple practice areas for the company.

- Establishing Altor's leadership in the Executive Search market in the respective practice areas.

- Advise senior professionals and help them take informed career decisions.

- New client acquisition in the respective practices and deepening of existing client relationships.

- Establishing thought leadership in the industry by writing research reports, articles and by participating and speaking in conferences and media.

- Personally execute Director/ CXO level mandates.

- Manage and mentor a large team of consultants and analysts

- Oversee execution of VP to Director level mandates by the team.

- Demonstrate 'Altor Way Of Work' and 3 key values - Honesty, Intelligence and Ambition.

- As part of the leadership team work towards firm development Initiatives and establish best practices.
