Zonal Sales Manager - North/South
Job Description :
- Develop strategy and plan to scale sales to campus students across all states in North India
- Work jointly with the management to make monthly sales plans, targets and implement resource allocation to meet them.
- Responsible to meet sales targets of team.
- Recruit, train and manage a team of Sales executives. Provide management and oversight of Sales team, providing them direction and feed-backs to ensure they successfully achieve their goals and career objectives.
- Actively participate with team in deal closure, negotiations, delivering presentations, talks and engaging with college management.
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with universities and large group institutions to generate business.
- Work jointly with product and design team to build new products, marketing tools and awareness-creating strategies.
Desired profile :
- Preferring from BFSI/FMCG/Telecom sectors
- MBA from a Tier1/Tier 2 institutes
