Role: Project Manager  Location: Gurgaon  Position Overview:  The role involves high level of proficiency in Project life cycle management. The candidate will work closely with the concerned team and manage projects related to vocational jobs. The person will get exposure to work with government clients in India and International geographies and other national and international organization working in skill development.   Job Description:  - Assist in the definition of project life cycle management, follow best practices in project management to ensure that project deadlines and deliverables are met according to time and budget constraints and also to ensure the projects adhere and comply with standard Implementation procedures  - Identifying list of Industry employers to engage across segments, based on stakeholder management - engaging with various industry stakeholders to understand existing practices and job-roles  - Work with client on delivery of assessment and certification projects related to Vocational skills  - Management of teams and work plans to deliver projects to demanding technical standards  - Analyzing areas of work, i.e. activities or functions, and identify outcomes to be achieved   Desired Candidate Profile:   - MBA/PGDM from an accredited institution.   - Minimum 2 years of work experience in project management is required  - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills  - An interest in learning and assessment theories and a desire to learn constructs and proactively provide suggestions for improvement.
