Position Overview :

- As the Project Manager - Business Transformation, you will be responsible to construct functional working relations between clients and the client servicing team of Aspiring Minds and manage the implementation of these partnerships.

- You will proactively work to identify business objectives of clients and communicate their requirements to the project team. The job profile includes creating project/transition plans and defining project milestones for internal teams while ensuring the optimal use of resources. You will further be in regular contact with the customer/clients to handle any execution challenge.

Job Responsibilities :

- On-boarding of new clients/projects (new opportunities) with project management approach.

- Create clear project plans with timelines and responsibilities on how to on-board new clients.

- Work with internal teams to ensure the project is being delivered as per the initial plan, highlight, escalate and manage any variance from the original plan.

- Liaise with clients on the implementation and update them on the progress of implementation.

- Train the client on using different functionalities of the tool which the client shall be handling/using directly.

- Provide handover to client servicing team.

Accountabilities & Performance Measures :

- Maintains high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Organizational Alignment :

- Enlists the support of pre-sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other industry sales and management resources as needed.

- Works closely with the client servicing team to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.

Requirements :

- MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute preferably.

- Strong (4+ years) experience in project management.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certified will be preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills as the role involves working across multiple teams, both internal and external (client).

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to build long term relationships with the client.

- Ability to guide and manage a team.

- Result driven dedicated to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for self, team and all projects.
