Job Profile : You will directly work with the sales team and carry a shared target. You will manage a team of presales managers to develop winning solutions and implementation plans for our customers.This position needs to bridge customer organization with sales &amp; BD efforts and involves preparing collateral, customer pitches all the way leading to solution - including the very important aspect of pricing. Few of the Key Responsibilities: - Work on proposals and solutioning for large and complex deals. - Provide initial support for readiness to new joinees in large corporate sales team. - Take up analytics and bench-marking exercises. Lead bench-marking pilots in defining the design, tracking the progress, taking lead to make final presentation to client - Demonstration capability in managing teams and collaborating with cross cultural and cross functional stakeholders. - Should be independently able to create technical Proposal documents. - Should be able to handle multiple threads in parallel. - Should be able to handle own and external teams well. - Should have handled RFP filling and bid proposal creation for large projects. - Should be able to handle demos and presentations. - Should be able to create relevant presentation decks for demos. - Should have exposure to project planning and estimation. - There should be no travel constraints.
