He/she should be capable of leading a team of account managers progressively. So team handling exp is mandatory.  Responsibilities include:  - Develop and cultivate deep working relationships for customer acquisition, retention and growth with large enterprises.  - Forecast accurately business demands and have thorough planning along with the client to deliver the same.  - Adopt creative business solutions approach to demonstrate flexibility and effectiveness in client engagement.
