We are currently hiring for Manager & Sr. Manager Business Process Excellence in our Head office in Mumbai.

2. Reporting: Anuragi Raman(https://www.linkedin.com/in/anuragiraman/)

3. Experience: Operational excellence in any Industry (Preferably in Banking). Having worked in solving business problems hands on.

4. No. of yrs of experience: 4 - 8 years

5. Key competencies: Data orientation, challenging status quo, RCA mindset, ability to work with people across geographies, assertive and not aggressive

6. Qualifications: Engg from premier institutes +MBA (not must but preferable); Lean Six Sigma certified (preferable)
