Qualification and Experience:

- 4 year engineering degree. MBA or any specialized course in analytics is a plus.

- Minimum 6-7 years of prior experience in Business/Management Consulting

- Experience in Pharma/Healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.

Position Summary:

- Require an experienced consultant for our Data Strategy team working in Pharma/Healthcare domain.

- The position requires candidates to be comfortable working with large datasets using various tools and technologies and build robust and scalable solutions to derive insights and inform business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations.

- Drive solutioning and methodology for a variety of engagements. Create executive level documents such as PPT decks, excel reports, etc. to communicate and support project needs.

- Lead a team of analysts and associate consultants, understand project priorities and manage resource allocation.

- Regularly monitor progress and quality of deliverables, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

- Establish oneself as a trusted thought partner for the client and manage client relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

Skills required:

- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to see the big picture and delve into the details of execution

- Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to convert detailed information into short executive summaries while retaining all relevant data

- Good client presence - interact and build relationships with clients and other team members

- Project management including preparing project status updates as required

- Proficiency in SQL & Python/R

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and BI Tools would be a plus
