Position Summary : Require an experienced consultant for our Strategy and Knowledge Management team. The position requires candidates to be comfortable working across a broad range of therapeutic/healthcare areas. Roles and Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations. - Drive solutioning and methodology for a variety of engagements. Create executive level documents such as PPT decks, excel reports, etc. to communicate and support project needs. - Lead a team of 3 to 4 analysts, understand project priorities and manage resource allocation. - Regularly monitor progress and quality of deliverables, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. - Establish oneself as a trusted thought partner for the client and manage client relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships. Skills required : - Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to see the big picture and delve into the details of execution - Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to convert detailed information into short executive summaries while retaining all relevant data - Good client presence - interact and build relationships with clients and other team members - Exceptional ability to take in new information and connect with the client's business - Project management including preparing project status updates as required - Expertise in MS-PowerPoint and other presentation tools Qualification and Experience : - MBA from a top-tier institute - Minimum 5 years of prior experience in Business/Management Consulting or Market Research in the Pharma/Healthcare domain - Knowledge and awareness of healthcare datasets would be advantageous Other Details : Office location is Pune
