Position Summary: Require an experienced analyst for our Digital Data Strategy team working in Pharma/Healthcare domain. The position requires candidates to be comfortable working with large datasets using various tools and technologies and deriving insights to inform business decisions. Roles and Responsibilities: - Structure an ambiguous business problem and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution. - Dive deep into data to analyze and discover patterns/ causes. Design robust and scalable algorithms and execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform. - Regularly monitor progress and quality of deliverables, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. - Work on transaction-level datasets to answer business questions. Automate existing processes to drive efficiency. - Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations. Skills required: - Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to see the big picture and delve into the details of execution - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in SQL & Python/R - Working knowledge of MS Excel and BI Tools would be a plus Qualification and Experience: - 4-year engineering degree. MBA or any specialized course in analytics is a plus - 2-4 years of experience working with large datasets using SQL/SAS/Python/R - Prior experience of building ML Models/ Algorithms is advantageous but not mandatory - Experience in Pharma/Healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory - Prior experience of working with digital/promotional data (this includes datasets related to digital and media, website traffic etc.) and familiarity with standard metrics such as reach, CTR, bounce rate etc. is advantageous but not mandatory
