Job Description This job will require you to work directly with Aspect Ratio's clients to use your analytical ability to solve business problems. These problems could be in the space of supply chain optimization, product launch planning, demand/ revenue forecasting or patient level predictive analytics. You will be expected to: - Take an ambiguous business problem, structure it into a mathematical or programming problem and then build the model to solve the problem - Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders - Creating impactful presentations for the client to use in meetings - Manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project - Take ownership of your work and manage time efficiently - Mentor junior members of the team helping them develop their skillsets - Design and implement processes to boost our performance Skills Required - Strong quantitative skills with knowledge of statistics and operations research. - Exceptional ability to take in new information and connect with the client's business - MS-Excel - experience having built complex dashboards and models would give you an edge - SQL - Ability to write SQL queries and procedures to process data - Excellent communication skills - Ability to communicate / articulate under pressure - Ability to code is VBA / R / Python is a plus
