Position Summary:

- Require an experienced analyst to work in the area of Data Governance & Stewardship in the Pharma/Healthcare domain.

- The position requires the candidate to be able to use their data and analytics expertise to perform root cause analysis on data investigations and data quality concerns, assess impact of business change requests, identify and remediate data quality issues, provide expert stewardship of business impact, maintain accuracy of metadata across platforms, perform UAT as requested, and serve as the access & administration point for domain-specific solutions in Sharepoint, Collibra, Confluence, Power BI and related platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handling data investigation requests and change requests related to ingestion and maintenance of production-level data

- Understanding and following data quality monitoring and remediation processes

- Maintaining business process documentation

- Playing the role of a data steward and maintaining business file stewardship

- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Working as a point-of-contact for Access and Administration for Domain Solutions

- Regularly monitor progress and quality of deliverables, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

- Automate existing processes to drive efficiency

Skills required :

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to perform analysis on large datasets

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Good understanding of data architecture platform/product integrations

- Intermediate proficiency in SQL

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and BI Tools

- Exposure to Sharepoint, Collibra, Confluence would be a plus

Qualification and Experience :

- 3 or 4-year degree in scientific/technical domain. MBA is a plus

- 1-3 years of experience working in Data Governance, Data Stewardship and/or Master Data Management roles

- Ability to use SQL with large datasets

- Experience in Pharma/Healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory
