About our Client - Our client is an established and reputable FMCG multinational with a global presence. They are on high growth path in the Indian market and to fuel their growth, they are looking for bright sales manager.
Job Description - You will report into the Sales Director, and your responsible will include Conceptualizing sales strategies for growth in Indian market
- Develop Go to market strategies
- Strategising for penetrating and increasing reach in the market
- Working closely with trade marketing and brand team to strategise activations strategy and helping them execute PAN India
- Achieving the volume and margins target for the organization on a PAN India level and regional level
The Successful Candidate - You should have an MBA in Sales and Distribution from IIM's/FMS/XLRI/ISB only from batch's of 2005 to 2009. You should have 3 to 8 years of experience working on the sales side with top FMCG companies only. You should have strong analytical, excellent communication and presentations skills. You aspire to stay in sales function long term.
