- Deliver volume and value targets of month, quarter and full year shipment budget

- Brand Share improvement

- Channel Development by ensuring all strategic channel partners (enrolled in loyalty program) meet the set KPI ( growth levels)

- Manage all the CFAs and warehouses by ensuring the right inventory level and enforcement of standard operating procedures

- Responsible for ensuring return on investment to distributors & continuous monitoring of agreed norms and service levels
