Area Sales Manager – General Trade
Leadaing global MNC in commodity is looking out ASM from top B- School
- Driving the strategic motto of the company in the market
- Driving Distribution in the market
- Infrastructure Development i.e. responsible for right distributor appoinment at right places
- Team handelling and couching the Team for specific goal achievement
- Objective setting for the team keeping the growth opporunity, market realities and caliber of the Team
- Analyse competition data, updation of market tracker for the territory
- Evaluate sales scheme’s proposals that come from the field (and internally) and advise of appropriateness.
- Plant cost analysis. Tracking price and usage variance
- Any other duties as required by RSM/ RBM
- Planning and coordinating Targets along with the team and achieveing it
- Coordination with CFAs and supply chain
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Distribution, Sales Planning and analysis role
- High Integrity
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Team Handelling
MBA (Top B-school) Sales/Marketing with 3-7 years of experience in FMCG/Manufacturing sector
