- Understanding and developing a strong Hub & Spoke model to drive strong rural market execution excellence & improve market share
- Design, recommend and implement innovative Trade Marketing activities through identification of trade channels and segments
- Designed and executed Sales force automation project with a potential monthly saving of on efficient usage of trade spends and lesser claim processing time and analysed impact on sales KPI's for frontline
- To motivate, train & develop frontline sales for achievement of targets & work towards their all-round development.
Desired Profile
Academic and Experience:
- MBA from a Premier Institute, specialized in Sales & Marketing Management
- 2 to 6 years experience
- MBA (Full Time) Premium Institute from 2010 & 2011 Batch only
- MBA (Full Time) non Premium Institute from 2007/2008/2009 Batches only
- Essential to have worked in the FMCG/Food/Beverages Industry. Strong understanding of sales processes, systems, retail environments and exposure to customer / stockist management required
Should be open to relocate anywhere in West zone.
