Area Sales Manager – General Trade
Area Manager
The position is responsible for handling sales contribution from GT/Modern trade channel for an Area.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area
2. People Management – Maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
3. Managing Team – Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
4. Driving LSP, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
5. Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
6. Managing Depot – ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issue.
7. Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS handling
Job Specification
- Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level
- Education Qualification: MBA ( Tier I / II Bschools)
- Experience: 2 + years of experience as a manager.
- Fluent in English & local language.
