I am looking for Area Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager with 5 to 9 years of experience with leading MNC group companies at Navi Mumbai

Qualification : BE ,B.Tech (Any discipline) , Bsc. Pharmacist , Preferably MBA., Rubber Technologist, Msc. Chemistry
Roles and Responsibilities
- Primary Duty Area wise sales achievement and meeting objectives for Rubber stoppers and PFS market for Injectable in India.
Require only Result oriented Person
- Ensure the development of the Company in expected markets.
- Manage Area wise sales, grow brand presence and increase market share
- Develop new markets by researching, presenting and convincing
- Assist R&D and Regulatory Affairs by supporting their efforts to gain access to international markets through registration and ongoing batch documentation to meet customs requirements.
- Work close with the India's sales Head and other colleagues to facilitate business opportunities, drafting business plans, market penetration strategies with calendars and budgets in collaboration.
- Propose strategies, establish the Annual Budget and Cash Flow.
- Build sizeable Business to meet and/or exceed Company goals and objectives.
- Report results and effectiveness of market requirement to senior management, develop to a significant level sales, marketing and financial reviews.
- Provide monthly forecasts to the Company to ensure that Annual Objectives while providing full service to higher margin domestic business.
- Customize growth plans and support needs for all the assigned markets, gather information from different sources (data bases, websites and consultants), crosscheck data, consolidate and compile reliable market information into recognizable indicators for decision making.
- Tie up samples and other requested support to perform against such measures.
- Manage business within defined financial constraints as outlined by upper Head Quarters management.
- Travel as necessary to attend domestic and international trade fairs and to evaluate / support current Customers. (More than 60% travel)
- Work in positive collaboration with the rest of the colleagues as necessary to achieve the organizations strategic priorities.
- Other accountabilities, projects and duties as may be assigned or changed from time to time by executive management.
- Establish and maintain an excellent network with Clients.
- Work environment extremely challenging and growth oriented.
- Sales Person From Pharma Industry, excipients, Glass Vials/ampoules, Raw material for injectable,
Medical devices and equipment having Pure sales experience.
