At Askria, we actively aim on solving these Founders challenges and ensure their startups are operating efficiently and effectively.
Role Description :- Build domain expertise in startup finance and fundraising to serve as a thought partner to potential startups
- Manage the startup process from pipeline generation all the way to onboarding
- You will be deeply involved in tracking & improving our processes and systems for acquiring new customers
- Immerse yourself in relevant communities to expand our network among our B2B target audience
- Put users' needs first and empathise with every aspect of the user experience
- Identify opportunities for growth and usage expansion in our existing user base
- Feed learnings from users and use cases back into our product roadmap
Role Requirements :- Excellent academic record with a background in Business, Finance or Accounting from a top tier institution
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably at a VC/PE/Accelerator
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, and adapt to new processes
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
- You love interacting with people and are a great relationship-builder
- Experience in using Google Sheets
- You're enthusiastic and target-driven
- You're able to build strong, mutually respectful relationships with a diverse team
- Great written and oral communication skills
