The Role:

We need a Growth and Marketing Specialist skilled in content creation and operational strategies. This role is for someone eager to boost our brand, engage our audience, and support our growth.

What You'll Do:

- Create and carry out marketing plans to get our brand out there.

- Write engaging content for blogs, emails, social media, and more.

- Use market trends and data to guide your strategies.

- Work with different teams to make sure our operations and growth efforts go smoothly.

- Build relationships with important people in the media and industry.

- Ensure all marketing materials match our brand's voice and goals.

- Come up with campaigns to bring in and keep customers.

- Use data to improve our marketing and operations.

What You Need:

- At least 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, and operations, preferably in a startup or FinTech.

- Good at using digital marketing tools and understanding SEO, content marketing, and social media.

- Great at writing and communicating, able to create content that catches people's attention.

- Able to think analytically, use data for decisions, and solve problems creatively.

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or something related.
