Job Title: Product Manager/Business Analyst [Full-Time]

Reports To: Scrum Master

Responsible for defining the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. They prioritize features, work closely with cross-functional teams, and make decisions to ensure the successful development and launch of products that meet customer needs and business goals. Focus on gathering and analyzing business requirements, understanding user needs, and translating them into functional specifications and PRD. Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends that can inform product development.

Requirements Gathering:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new and existing products.

- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and expectations.

Product Roadmap and Planning:

- Create and manage the product roadmap, incorporating business requirements and market insights.

- Work closely with development teams to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business goals.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze and interpret data related to product performance, user behaviour, and market trends.

- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for product improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate effective communication.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and product specifications.

- Generate regular reports on product performance, feature adoption, and key metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Computer Science or others with acceptable work experiences and certifications.

- Proven experience in product management and business analysis.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Technical knowledge in CDN environment.

- Certification in Product Management or Business Analysis.

- Experience with agile development practices.

- Familiarity with project management tools and software. (Jira)
