MANAGER / DY. MANAGER (FINANCIAL REPORTING & MIS)

Qualification required : Qualified Chartered Accountant

Soft Skills :

- Should be well versed in any established ERP system and MS Office applications

- Good in preparation of presentations

- Very good communication skills

- Good leadership skills

Experience :

- Should have minimum 7-10 years of post qualification experience in a reputed corporate in the similar filed.

Minimum expectation includes the following:

- Finalization of accounts in line with Ind AS and Indian GAAP

- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan( AOP) in discussion with business stakeholders

- Liasioning with the auditors and ensuring the statutory audit within 3 months from the year end

- Variance analysis and reporting the same to business stakeholders

- In-depth study of each cost element and suggesting the possibilities for cost reduction

- Revenue analysis, reconciliation and ensuring the correctness

- Periodical review and ensuring the Internal Financial Control(IFC) across all activities

- Supporting the Internal Audit process across all businesses

- Ability to gather, review and analyze data and suggest business insights
