- Manage protection of people and assets of company, security and safety operations activities in the ASIA Pacific with overall responsibility for services, solutions and costs. - Apply and execute corporate strategy for security and safety for all ASIA Pacific offices, employees, contractors and visitors. - Follow with Technical Security Corporate level and coordinate locally, the implementation of the Security Operational Center (SOC) for ASIA based in Pune - INDIA (coordination HR, Real Estate, IT support and Purchase teams). - Manage efficient use of security processes and tools within the region to ensure that consistent and effective practices are in place and actively improve processes when needed. Identify strategic development opportunities and provide best practice inputs into development of security services, solutions, processes and tools. - 10 - 15 years of experience in Corporate Security, preferably with Law Enforcement experience. - Experience in handling internal Security and Safety issues including, but not limited to, criminal and disorderly conduct, investigations, dissatisfied clients and / or guests, workplace accidents and threats, fire and others emergencies - Extensive experience in Corporate Security and workplace Safety .
