Role Identifier : Job Title : National Sales & Marketing Manager Department Sales & Marketing Reporting to : General Manager, Nepal (Country Head, Nepal) Role Description : Job Purpose : - To drive topline objectives for the Unit in a sustainable manner with a long-term orientation. - To create and execute plans for various Network, Product and entire range of sales initiatives. - To build Sales & Marketing capabilities within the local team so that they can take on higher-order tasks. Primary Responsibilities : Business Responsibility Areas : - Overall value, volume and budget targets. - Designing schemes of sales. - Network expansion through new dealers. - New product development and product enhancements. - Taking up new retailing initiatives. - Building robust servicing structure for market. Scope of Work : a) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide) Nepal b) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other): Asian Paints Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Key Interactions : Internal : All Functions - Finance, Technology, HR, Customer Service External : Dealers, Contractors, Media Houses Role Requirements / Specifications : Qualifications : MBA- Marketing Previous Experience : 5+ years in both Sales and Marketing roles; a Manager role in either a Sales or a Marketing role. Functional Competencies - Network handling : - Product and brand management - Understanding of institutional business Behavioral Competencies : - Ability to build successful partnerships with external interfaces and also with team members within Asian Paints Nepal and across Asian Paints - High on Customer Centricity. - Execution Excellence and detailed orientation. - Lead people and driving excellence within team .
