This includes driving projects for forecasting improvement, bottom-line savings and new product sourcing. Key Performance Indicators : 1. Demand and Supply Planning - Forecasting for Components & Kitchen linked Components products - Sales & Marketing interface a. Forecast alignment for rolling 3 months b. Schemes visibility and associated stock buildup c. new product launches - Inventory Management a. Imports b. Domestic Products (Wire Accessories, Wicker, Al Products [profile & smooth slide tracks], other inventoried products - Differential Supply planning a. Wire accessories b. Imports including European Products c. Al products d. Other domestic inventoried Products - MIS a. Product Master (FG, SFG, RM, PM and Consumables) b. New Product Creation for domestic SO linked products c. Stock Coverage (Replenishment, New Products, Accessories etc.) 2. Purchase - Components - Import Purchase and Supplier Management a. From requirement from planning to Inward at Sleek WH b. Supplier payment tracking and monitoring c. Commodity linked pricing checks while confirming PI d. Import logistics (FTL unlike in bath i.e. LCL) e. Custom clearance and CHA management f. Open advnace and open GR checks and closure (SSC & Sleek finance interface) - Accessories purchase 1. Order Computation 2. Supplier Fare share 3. PO raising 4. wire requirement computation for OPC and Vasai plant 5. wire safety stocks computation for OPC and Vasai plant 6. Supplier visits 7. Daily co-ordination on plan vs actuals monitoring 8. Monthly production compliance 9. Priority production compliance 10. MIS a. Supplier Order compliance b. Wire inventory report for Lonad c. Open GRN & PO tracking, monitoring and closure - Al Products [smooth slide tracks & profile], Wicker, Lights purchase 1. Order computation - FG & SFG 2. Anodizers co-ordination for supply of profile FG 3. PO Raising 4. Payments - advance & balance (checks and closure) 5. New supplier development - Domestic Purchase [Hafele, Hettich, KBR, Ebco, Rehau, Blum, Handles etc] 1. SO linked (back to back) & inventoried product purchases 2. Order logging co-ordination and timely PO raising 3. New product code requisition 4. Supplier payment 5. Timely servicing of products that are SO linked Scope of Work : a. People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports): Total team of 12 resources, including Sleek and Asian Paints resources b. Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide) : Country - Wide c. Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other) Key Interactions Internal : Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial and WH teams External : Vendors, CFA & CHA Agents Qualifications : 1. Undergraduate degree with at least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain 2. Master- s Degree with specialisation in Supply Chain Management with 3-5 Years- Experience in Supply Chain 3. Good Understanding of Demand Planning, Sourcing and Project Management 4. Advanced EXCEL knowledge and experience in designing MIS for planning and purchase 5. Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage. Previous Experience : 1. Preferred to come from Kitchen Component Space - Hafele, Hettich, Godrej & Boyce, EBCO, BLUM India
