Role Description:
Job Purpose:
- The position is that of Manager in Corporate Accounts - regulatory reporting and due diligence.
Primary Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicators:
- Evaluate policies and controls around areas pertaining to - record to report- and ensure the same is implemented across the group.
- Drafting of policies relating to accounting, operating manuals.
- Drafting of agenda papers and minutes for some of the committees of the Board
- Handle regulatory reporting particularly of CSR and related party as per Companies Act as well as SEBI
- Handle ICFR for the group
- Be a part of projects involving due diligence / evaluation of new line of business- Play an active role in evaluations of financial aspects of the projects.
- Play key role in giving support to new acquisitions and businesses in the initial stabilization period.
- Check GL trending and drive accounting hygiene across functions and APL.
- Part of IT projects
- Ensure all statutory compliances for the project are followed and complied with
- Liaison with multiple teams in Corporate Finance to enable smooth functioning of the project i.e., Legal, Finance, SSC, Taxation, Corp. Accounts FA team etc.
- Analysis and implementation of new requirements under Ind AS, Companies Act 2013, SEBI.
- Regulatory reporting
- Due diligence and monitoring of accounting in new businesses
- Managing Agenda papers
- Self audit checks in all tasks
