Operational : - Ensure compliance with the SLAagreed - Ensure compliance with the Policies and guidelines of the company - Adhere with the Indirect, Direct Taxation Laws and Accounting guidelines - Adopt a solution-oriented and customer-centric approach to process challenges - SLAs above benchmarks, Process Compliance %, Zero Statutory Non-Compliance 2. Process Improvements: - Drive initiatives to improve overall Commercial compliance across the Organization - Automate processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the team and processes - Implement best practices for PayableManagement New Processes took up @ SSC, Automation of process, Benchmarking of processes 3. People Management : - Upgrade skill and work towards the development of the team - Identify and develop talent for the next level Learning &amp; Training of the Team Scope of Work: a) Financial Scope : - 2-3 crores of departmental budget b) People Management Scope : - 1 Executive and 5-6 Officers report directly and 10-15 Officers reportindirectly c) Geography Coverage : Global d) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub- function-wide / Other): - Functional Coverage depending on respective workgroups andstakeholders Key Interactions : - Internal : a) All internal functions of the company b) Regular interactions with Corporate Finance and Taxation team - External: - Industry professionals Role Requirements / Specifications : Qualifications : - Essential : a) CA First Attempt - Desired a) CA Rank Holder Previous Experience : Essential : - At least 1-2 years post qualification experience Desired : - 2-3 years post qualification experience in the manufacturing industry Functional Competencies : - Experience of working with ERP - Knowledge of Accounting principles &amp; practices - Knowledge of Service Tax, VAT, IncomeTax.
