Job Purpose: - Review and analysis of the financial and operational performance of the international subsidiaries and co-ordinate on supporting activities enabling subsidiaries to achieve efficiencies - Control, accounting and legal documentation of all the transactions between APL, APIPL and international subsidiaries. Business Responsibility Areas: - Monthly Financial Review - Review of APL subsidiary's monthly financial statements, coordinating with Unit's CFO's on the same, and preparing/presenting relevant MIS to senior management of the International Business. - Financial analysis of Unit Accounting records (using SAP ERP system) - Helping Units in implementing SAP (may involve 7-10 days duration travel to each of the Units during the implementation stage till mid 2020) Deep Diving into the SAP system and reports of Units to analyze financial information and assist Units in accounting controls, cost control and IFRS reporting. - Annual Planning &amp; other centralized MIS - assisting the Head-Finance in review of financial plans &amp; reports of Units. Preparing relevant MIS on the same. - Commercial - Responsible for Commercial operations &amp; P&amp;L planning / reporting of the International Business Support Functions located in India. - Information dissemination - interacting with Corporate Taxation, internal audit, Finance and Accounts functions in providing relevant financial information on the International Units. Qualification: - ICWA or MBA Finance, Graduate in Commerce stream
