Role Identifier: Job Title: Brand Manager- Digital Department - Marketing Reporting to Group Brand Manager- Media Grade - M6 Location/Unit - Head Office - Vakola Role Description: Job Purpose: - Responsible for conceptualizing, implementing - Managing - Digital Experiences- for Asian Paints and all other brands and services within the portfolio Primary Responsibilities: Business Responsibility Areas Key Performance Indicators: Social Media: - Leading the Social Media Marketing agenda for the company - Management of all Social Media assets including inspiration stories and Blogs - Reach out various segments to generate positive buzz. Maintain relationships with bloggers, influencers, etc. Create and manage a strategy for high user engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter &amp; LinkedIn - ORM management &amp; active social listening Performance marketing: - Develop a full funnel strategy as per brand briefs - Ensure the best practices are implemented for performance marketing. - Liaison with media agency, brand teams, helpline team and other digital teams Digital media planning &amp; buying: - Maximising media reach for content created. - Implement best practices, new strategies, innovative features on an ongoing basis on digital - Develop organizational capability, and competence in digital - Understand and educate the marketing team on the media basics in the digital space Agency Management &amp; operations: - Manage the media agency and the digital creative agency ecosystem - Managing all aspects of digital operations: Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Mobile marketing, new asset/tool creation etc - Manage RFPs, contracts, reports, data analysis with all external stakeholders/agencies - Achieving the growth in social media space wrt engagement, follower count, web mentions, sentiment ratio, gender ratio etc. - Maintain the response time for social media queries and complaints. - Track the sentiment score for each campaign - Drive innovations for various brands and AP corporate - YoY increases in measures of audience reach and brand engagement across web, social and mobile channels - Increase conversion rate, reduce cost per appointment - Effective activation of brand engagement with bloggers, fans, influencers etc - Enhance processes, implement best and innovative practices - Quality data analysis to identify insights and trends in order to take business decisions Scope of Work: a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend): b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports): - Will be working in a team alongside 1 other Brand manager - Media c) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide) - HO d) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other): Company Wide Key Interactions: Internal: Various Brand teams, IT, Digital Consumer Experience teams within Marketing External: With media agency, digital agencies, creative agency Role Requirements / Specifications: Qualifications: Essential: MBA - At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing - Should be a go-getter who demonstrates an ability to take a concept and implement it to create a desired impact. - Ability to think on feet and implement even faster are key requirements Previous Experience: 3-7 years of experience in social media + Digital media planning and buying with exposure to digital marketing Leadership Competencies: Audacious, Scientific riguor, ability to work in cross-functional set up, creative zeal The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well
