Primary Responsibilities: - New Product development - Promote products across economy, premium and luxury segments - ATL and BTL communication - Architect and interior designer community module - Plumber Contractor connect program - Collaterals &amp; POS Elements - Regional marketing initiatives - Network engagement program - Digital Roadmap and strategy - Brand Performance and competitor tracking Key Performance Indicators: - Identifying Gaps and opportunity areas, developing concepts based on which new products/ranges can be designed, concept testing of these products as well as creating and rolling out a route to market plan for the same. - Identification of the right consumer segments to promote specific ranges, Creating and implementing strategies - Developing the communications strategies for the brand and delivering the same through ATL and BTL - Charting out a plan for promotion of asian paints fittings in the AID community - Initiating an influencer level program for the plumber and contractor community to induce trial and build loyalty towards our products - Development of collaterals and POS elements to help promote the range of products - Identifying regional priorities and opportunities to create comprehensive marketing initiatives to achieve identified objectives - Working with sales team on a year round Distributor/Dealer/Sub Dealer engagement program - Developing the digital strategy for the bath division. Ensuring appropriate consumer engagement and adequate availability of information through the digital platform. (Website + other digital marketing initiatives) - Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops strategies based on research and analysis. - Develop metrics for tracking the performance of the brand and products. - Track competition activity in the product segment Qualifications : MBA Previous Experience : Essential - Brand/Product Manager with at least 2 to 3 years of experience with a reputed Indian/International company with experience in Indian Markets Desired : - Experience in Consumer Durables/FMCG/Home Decor Space
