We have urgent opening for AVP marketing with Sleek by Asian Paints (Sleek is a subsidiary of Asian Paints)

Work Location : Mumbai (Goregaon)

Experience :5-7 yrs

Education : MBA in Marketing from tier 1 college

1. Developing and rolling out Components Marketing Plans:

- New product development: Identifying new product opportunities and developing + executing the go to market plans around the same

- Influencer programs to enable secondary sales and building a loyal set of key influencers for Sleek through activation programs

- Focus products initiatives to ensure seeding of priority categories in components business

- Dealer network engagement and management programs across different tiers

2. Creating the kitchens, wardrobes and fitted furniture customer acquisition plan:

- Owning the customer proposition and journey across each stage of the purchase cycle.

- Creating go to market strategies for new products and categories in this space.

- Responsible for the Architect engagement model.

- Defining and rolling out the relevant interventions to create awareness and convert consumers to sleeks offerings.

- Responsible for both ATL and BTL activations across both businesses including Digital marketing activities
