Previous: Experience (Yr.): - Experience of 2-3 years in SAP SD module with one end to end SAP implementation cycle and cross module knowledge will be preferred - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements - Should Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs. - Act as liaison with business user for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems - Should Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required - Should Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members. - Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. - Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. - Experience of 2-3 years in an IT operations role with IT as a System Integrator or in an in-house IT setup. Should have been responsible for performing the following tasks - Monitoring vendor SLAs for services Vendor management - Review Vendor delivery and support 3. Key Deliverables of this role: - Responsible for defining business process requirements, preparation of scope of SAP Sales and Distribution. - Should have worked on minimum one end to end implementation and multiple support, rollouts projects. - (Must) Strong in SAP SD Module in areas like Pricing Procedure/ Taxation/ Order to cash process/ Master Data/ Stock Transport Order/ Export sales process/ FI integration/ - should have strong integration experience with SAP MM/ SAP FI (preferred). - Perform Gap Analysis and prepare business process blue prints (AS-IS(existing system), TO-BE(How the system should be)). And ensure the proper implementation of the process which best takes care of the business needs of the client organization. - Excellent knowledge of SAP technology and Business Processes - Should have exposure on handling business user. - Analysis of business requirements. Understand business requirements and map requirements in Sales & Distribution - Hands-on experience on of Sales Processes and knowing SD Sales, Shipping, Billing , Pricing, Credit Management , Outputs, & Basic Functions - Experience in preparation of functional specs for development objects. - Thorough knowledge of cross modules integrations with other SAP core modules - Prepare high quality blueprints, functional specifications. - Experience in cutover activities and estimation. - Prepare / assist test scripts, test data. - Perform tests at various stages. - Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests. - Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills. - Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling - Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment - Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills - Must have- functional competencies - Understanding of Business processes in logistic areas.
