Asian Paints - Assistant Manager - Services (1-2 yrs)
Purpose :
The position is that of a frontline sales Manager who would primarily be responsible for driving Services revenue in defined geography with the help of a team, through mapping and converting the business opportunities across various segments/B2C/Product Categories by working closely with all Key stakeholders thereby, achieving overall business objectives.
Business Responsibility Areas :
Business objectives :
- Drive SPS (Safe painting service) for the region and handling the team to drive focus product, Conversion ratio, Complaints and NPS etc.
- Drive overall sales and growth at unit level by meticulous planning, Indexing and driving conversions with the help of key stakeholders with optimum, inputs and resources
- Strategize and drive growth of core and focused products by identifying opportunities and analyzing trends and getting the product penetration at sites plan implemented by the team
- Explore opportunities for gaining market share by analyzing data and trends to ensure sustainable sale potential
- Analyze data and keep track of key parameters to enhance operational effectiveness
Market Development:
- Identify opportunities across various business segments for all the Key focus product categories and driving the business with help of applicators and dealers with product upgradation.
Collections:
- Oversee effective money circulation with dealers to ensure timely collections and ensure good cash flow for the service providers
Customer centricity :
- Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines. Find the opportunities to enhance customer experience by introducing new & impactful services.
Contractor Management :
- Maintain healthy contractor set by Identifying opportunity areas for engagement through participation in loyalty programs and also facilitate in their value growth by planned activities.
Demand Planning :
- Forecast the material demand in the market appropriately to ensure availability of stock as per market demand
Integration :
- Integrate with other verticals like Retail Sales, product brand team, Services central team, Commercial and Marketing function to promote sales and services to customers.
Team Management:
- Work on growth and development of the reporting team by providing them with required inputs, direction and opportunities.
- Productive utilization of manpower resources to drive business growths
Key Performance Indicators:
- Value and volume targets for the Unit
- Percentage gain in market share
- Value, volume & site penetration targets at product level
- Applicator/Consultant engagement & training
- Collection Efficiency Index
- Closure of customer complaints within benchmark
- Working in collaboration with other allied business teams to drive business in Waterproofing, Wood finishes, Textures, Nilaya, admixture Categories, etc.
