IDF handholding - Ensuring 330 contractors do sites after training via Handholding program. 2. Financial Mgt - 2060 trainings with 20% getting enrolled in schemes 3. BPC-390 participants to be trained and certified; 85% have given positive feedback New Projects/initiatives 1. Look for employment opportunities of Color academy trained painters in various through various business verticals such as SPS & APPS. 2. Align the stakeholders (contractors & painters) for this kind of an association Training content revamp/modification 1. Take up the activity of revising the content of the assigned module w.r.t. relevance, accommodating the changes, new topics to be included in the same 2. Co ordinate with the stakeholders -brand team, vendor, translation SPOCs to get the same done on time & uploaded on the drive/designated place. Team capability building 1. To guide the Sr. TO to work on this area by finalizing the areas to be taken up under capability building 2. Developing a matrix for assessment in co od with other UHs & Sr TOs 3. Aligning the final objectives/stated outcome of the exercise with the hierarchy 4. Running the activity throughout the stated time period (mostly full year) with periodic updates to all stakeholders & hierarchy on findings & specific actionable if any for the participants New Academy set up 1. Owning the process of setting up a new academy by Visiting the shortlisted locations for new CA Assistant Manager Color Academy, Mumbai (Sales Training) Collaborate with the commercial team & the external stake holders (vendors, PMC, architect etc.) to get the same executed on time Delegate certain key areas to the team basis the need Charter promise : 1. TO ensure certain % of participants are trained digitally out of the total trainings 2. To ensure 90%- of tradespeople trained by CA have attributed enhanced earnings to the training 3. To ensure the targeted number of listings on the portal of trained contractors is achieved 1.Training nos. achievement as per the target given 2.Certain % of capacity utilization to be ensured 1.Achievement of training target followed by the scheme registrations for the division , Ensuring certain no.of people got employed with contractors in the division 1.Ensuring timely revision of content by aligning the stakeholders 2.Ensuring the final content is uploaded on the drive 1.Creation of matrix for assessment of participants (TOs/TA's) 2.Deciding & aligning the final objectives with all UH's & hierarchy 3.Rollout & run the activity with periodic updates on actionable if any for the participants 1.Personally visiting the locations to finalize one 2.Get the details of activities chalked out along with timelines 3.Align the stakeholders to adhere to the schedule 1.Refer the feedback calling report every month 2.Identify the areas of improvement if any basis the report 3.Rigorous co ordination with the sales teams for getting the nos. achieved here.
