JOB TITLE - VP Investments

- Candidates should have 3 to 5 years' experience in building financial models in Excel for credit analysis and investment valuation.

JOB ROLE REQUIREMENT:

- Analyse financial statements, offer documents on bond issuances.

- Analyse past financial and business performance & Benchmark it against peers' performance.

- Prepare excel financial models for credit and valuation analysis.

- Build an internal credit ratings model and prepare reports that cogently capture the rationale behind the rating.

- Prepare/update valuation models for all investee / portfolio companies.

- Project future performance of the company.

- Regularly research and refresh public comparable and transactions.

SKILL SETS REQUIRED:

- Excellent financial modelling skills.

- Ability to work with limited information, unaudited financials, strategy writeups, meeting notes, transcripts to build a comprehensive investment case.

- Adept at handling multiple tasks, logical reasoning, analytical decision-making, and complex problem-solving skills.

- Ability to quickly learn and apply.

- Exceptional analytical skills along an ability to articulately convey conclusions.

- Ability to collaborate as well as work independently.

- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication skills in English.
