We have an urgent vacancy for a Top Notch Optical Fiber cable manufacturing company (MNC). We are looking for a Asia Sourcing Manager who has good experience in international purchase and handling international vendors

The Qualified candidates Requirements :

- Project management skills; ability to lead a project from concept to implementation.

- Strong organizational, planning and analysis skills.

- Ability to influence and manage others, without managerial authority.

- Business acumen; understanding of key Purchasing and Engineering business processes and interfaces.

- PC skills, including fluency in word processing, spreadsheet, project management programs, and ERP/MRP systems.

- Prone to action; results-oriented.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.

- Experience with MRP, JIT, kanban systems and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

- Experience in procuring mechanical components, coax cable,electronic assemblies, plastic injection molded parts, stampings, rubber seals, printed circuit boards, electronic components and experience interacting with Contract Manufacturers required.

- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to think strategically as well as tactically in a dynamic environment.

- Ability to travel for extended periods to any international location.
