Description
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible to:
- Define, develop and implement strategic Go-To-Market plans ensuring share growth and new market penetration in India, Middle-East and ASEAN.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Senior/C-level key customers, primarily CXO's. Cultivate top-to-top relationships with key accounts and priority customers, representing the company in a manner that builds brand importance and enhances a positive perception of business partnerships.
- Demonstrate a value based approach across all dimensions to make a positive and sustainable difference.
- Lead and motivate a highly effective sales organization, elevating skill sets, and attracting and recruiting key sales talent from outside the company to meet the company's near- and longer-term expected revenue targets, maintaining profitability with increasing scale.
- Set clear annual business objectives and manage the team to perform against overall client satisfaction, client profitability, new revenue growth and retention.
- Coordinate the reporting and appraisal of weekly, monthly, and annual sales operating results against planned goals.
- Help foster an environment of teamwork and participation.
- Oversee all interactions with customers including sales, project management, support & operations.
- Team management - manage, groom & develop a high performing sales team.
Profile
You will be a successful candidate with:
- 15+ year's product sales experience with focus on large enterprises
- Proven track record of success in consultative sales
- Demonstrated track record of building strong relationships with CXOs
- Proven track record of leading enterprise sales teams
- Experience of working in a hands-on and dynamic business environment
- Good academic pedigree - bachelor's degree and MBA (preferred)
- Self-starter with a strong can-do attitude
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a hyper-growth environment
- Superior communication skills
