Organisation Development Specialist
- Supporting the team on several OD, Talent management initiatives
- Proactively look out for best practices, tools and methodologies to support and enable organization design, change management, organization diagnosis, work process improvement and/or culture change initiatives
- Designs talent management and leadership development solutions, including analyzes and makes recommendations to enhance the quality of initiatives
- Facilitate assessment process and talent initiatives, Psychometric Testing, Competency Mapping, Career Planning
- Facilitate competency modeling efforts in alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with leaders, facilitate buy-in of stakeholders
- Proactively use analytics and insights for data driven decisions, track and measure the impact to business outcomes
- Employ innovative, scalable Initiatives and capability building to drive performance driven culture
- Business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution
- Facilitating and coaching skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Curious learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with adaptability in dealing with ambiguity and fast-paced changes
- Self-starter with high energy levels with the ability to handle multiple priorities; can work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
